How it works:

  1. 1. Heat Absorption:

The refrigerant absorbs heat from the process fluid in the evaporator. 

  1. 2. Compression:

The refrigerant vapor is compressed by the compressor, increasing its temperature and pressure. 

  1. 3. Condensation:

The high-pressure, high-temperature refrigerant vapor flows to the condenser, where it releases heat to the air. 

  1. 4. Expansion:

The refrigerant expands, reducing its pressure and temperature, and then returns to the evaporator to repeat the cycle. 

  1. 5. Chilled Water Circulation:

The chilled water, cooled in the evaporator, is circulated to the application needing cooling.
